The New Toy Tokyo website is the online hub for toy fans to share the ultimate toy store experience. Originally launched in 2004, our goal is to bring together toys and collectibles from every genre and every generation, from rare promotional toys from the 1950s to the latest limited run of Bearbricks from Medicom. Toy Tokyo works closely with many of the hottest toy artists in the designer scene and we are always looking to bring you the newest and most rare toys available.

All sales are final. No Returns, Exchanges, or Modifications to your order.

Any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 7 days of delivery of the order.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customer are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. 

Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging or box surface caused by delivery are not included in the Exchange & Refund policy. 

EXCLUSIVE LAUNCHES 
Our exclusive launches are limited supply and expected to sell out very quickly. Items purchases are limited to 1 item/sku per customer. You may buy 1 of each item unless otherwise noted. Due to the limited availability, please confirm that your order is correct. There will be no order cancellations. All items shipped are inspected. If there are damage issues with your item then upon review we may accept a return only. We will not have stock for exchanges. 

 

ABOUT

Toy Tokyo is located at 91 2nd Avenue in New York City's East Village (between 5th & 6th Street). We opened in 2000, and since have gained the reputation of having the most unique inventory in the city. There is always something new to experience at Toy Tokyo, and many customers return a few times a week just to make sure they aren't missing anything. We have toys of all kinds, for every age, we're sure to have something that you are looking for. 

Many of our items are coming directly from Hong Kong and Japan, but we also carry the latest in domestic toys and collectibles as well, along with a large inventory of rare and vintage items. In addition to selling the greatest toys in the universe, we are involved in all aspects of production overseas.

Collaborating with TT Underground, the Toy Tokyo art gallery, we aim to explore the intersection of pop art and designer toys through exhibition and special art events.

A trip to New York would not be complete without a visit to Toy Tokyo. We've also been known to have a few celebrities stop in every now and again so you never know who you might see! Come by and see the greatest toys in the universe!

PRE-ORDER

Pre-Orders require payment up front, in full. If you place your Pre-Order order along with additional In Stock items, we will hold all the items and ship them together once your Pre-Order is available to ship. If you do not want in stock items to be held until your Pre-Order is available, please place separate orders.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We do NOT accept checks or money orders.

SHIPPING

We offer a choice of services from the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS)

Toy Tokyo is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on your package once it leaves the United States. Please be aware of this, and safeguard against any un-calculated fees by contacting your local delivery providers for their regulations and tax procedures. Toy Tokyo is NOT responsible for ANY Customs or Brokerage Fees and Taxes.

If you refuse a shipment from Toy Tokyo, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Toy Tokyo. Refused shipments will be considered forfeited and are NOT eligible for refund or credit.

  • Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
  • Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

  • Delivery time is estimated at 1-5 business days nationwide.
  • Delivery to all All 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
